Nick Hirons, Tony’s son, came on board in 2004, and has steadily worked his way toward Licensee Sales Director, being responsible for our ever growing consignment portfolio. Consignment sales have more than doubled in the past 2 years allowing us to optimize the potential for wines that are not available in the retail market. Our goal is to extend and build upon the success of the Vintages products by introducing them into this aspect of our business.
We understand well the policies of the LCBO and appreciate that, for the uninitiated, they can be tricky to navigate. However we do not see this as an impediment to the successful development of new brands in Ontario. On the contrary, we see the LCBO and its importance to the Ontario market, as an opportunity to further strengthen and expand our consignment portfolio.

We have a dynamic and experienced sales staff that specifically targets the “on premise” market. In the past year, we have hired representatives in key Ontario Markets, specifically Ottawa and the South West, including London, Stratford, Cambridge and Windsor.
